Originally from Sweden I first completed a Masters Degree in Immunology at Lund University, followed by a PhD in Immunology and Biochemistry at Trinity College Dublin. After completing several year working as a Senior Post-Doctoral fellow in the lab of Prof Luke O’Neill at Trinity College I joined the start-up of GSK-backed Sitryx Therapeutics in 2017. Currently based in the laboratory of Prof Luke O’Neill in Dublin I work as a Senior Scientific Investigator for Sitryx Therapeutics in Oxford, managing projects in immunology, target validation, immunometabolism and translational research, helping to identify and validate new therapeutic targets within immunometabolism.
